Paleo Granola or Bars/Balls


1 cup Almonds

1 cup Cashews

1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds

1/4 cup Flax Seed Meal

1/4 cup Honey

8 Dates

8 Prunes

1/4 cup Blueberries


Chop & mix all dry goods.  Mix in honey.

Chop & mix in dried fruit.

Bake at 250*-300* for 30-60 minutes.

If granola-Let Cool

If bars/balls-Let cool for 5-10 minutes then form into bars or balls.

Other mixing options:  Coconut oil, EVOO, agave nectar, maple syrup, raisins, sesame seeds, Coconut flakes, or any other type of nuts/seeds/fruits you like.
