2-3lbs pork (butt/shoulder works best)

1/4 cup diced yellow onions

1-14oz can organic diced no salt added tomatoes (liquid in)

1-14oz can organiced diced no salt added tomatoes w/green chiles (liquid in)

1 tsp fresh minced garlic

1 Tbsp cumin

2 tsp onion powder

2 tsp chili powder

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp salt

1 Tbsp Honey

4 tsp lime juice

2 Tbsp orange juice

1/2 cup barbeque sauce


Place the meat in the bottom of the slow cooker.

Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.  Pour over the meat.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

About an hour prior to eat, shred the pork with a fork & stir.

Serve in lettuce bowls/wraps.
