1 very ripe avocado-has to be mushy
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
dash of salt
maple syrup-add to taste
Mix all ingredients together & add maple syrup until the batter is sweet tasting & not so bitter. They will taste better when frozen than the batter does. Put batter in a zip lock bag & cut bottom corner to make a pastry bag.
Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper & make little drops.
Put in the freezer. Serve Frozen & Enjoy!
