jr exercisesOur “JR Prevail’ers” are on the road to becoming “Future Prevail’ers”. The skills they learn are more detailed and will involve light weights/barbells. Exercises will include plyometrics, gymnastics, weight lifting basics, running, rowing, stretching, & more. They will also work on all of the foundational movements like the squat, push-ups, pull-ups, jumping, & gymnastics movements. We will focus on a form of Speed & Agility in every single class.

There will also be a focus on leadership skills. As children progress through the program, they will be asked to model movements, lead exercises, & demonstrate an ability to verbally explain exercises to their peers. In addition to learning new skills, you will notice that your child will make better food choices, become more focused in school, transition to new sports easier, & will have a reduced risk of sports-related injuries.

Our goal is to build Strength & Conditioning along with Endurance in every young Athlete. Each class will build off the previous so it is important to have your Athlete join us as often as possible.

"JR Prevail'ers" classes will be 45 minutes in length
