Growing up and into my 30s I was always active, but it wasn’t until CrossFit did I learn what ‘fit’ really meant. I also learned about passion. At Prevail, it is absolutely exhilarating to me, seeing & coaching Athletes to push themselves to where they never knew they could go, hearing the cheers from one Athlete to the next and seeing everyone high-five each other after a WOD. This is PASSION and not to mention, true awesomeness. No matter your age, sex, ability, size, performance or the shoes you are wearing, you are bettering yourself in so many ways with CrossFit.
As a Coach, my main goal is to make sure you have a good, solid work out & achieve your goals - whatever they may be. And, of course, I strive to make your time in the gym FUN!
Favorite WOD: Anything with running & squats!

Favorite Food: Chicken or steak on the grill
Favorite 'Cheat' Food: Almond M&M's, because they are simply the BEST
