On May 13th 2013, I was able to participate in my first WOD which was very intense and exciting, this wod was during the Team Jeremy event which made it so I could no longer walk up stairs for the remainder of the next week. From that point on it was a goal of mine to become a member of the CrossFit Community and be the best I could be. After almost 3 years of CrossFit, I can proudly say that I am the most fit, most confident, physically and mentally strongest, and physically and mentally smartest that I have ever been.
This has been one of the best changes in my life. I started at a traditional gym getting small gains walking in circles for hours on end wishing it would just be over, I now count down the hours until I get to suffer through another excruciating fast pace WOD.
Thru my time at CrossFit Prevail I feel I have learned huge amounts about myself and what worked for me and to be able to help others learn this sport of fitness is very exciting!
