Kalah-It is so nice to have you part of our Prevail family as your enthusiasm, dedication to help others succeed, & overall personality in the gym is pure Awesomeness! You have accomplished so much & continue to do so on a daily basis! Your dedication to your fitness is inspiring for others! Nothing like running ____ miles, coming to do CrossFit, & then doing SweatFit on some of your days and you still look like a Rockstar! Get practicing on those ring muscle-ups & you will have them in no time! And, we all know you are capable of going to Nationals & breaking the Powerlifting Bench Press record since you accomplish anything you put your mind to! :)

How long have you been CrossFitting for? About 3 1/2 years
How many days a week do you normally CrossFit? LOL! I try to take a rest day (6'ish days)
Biggest CrossFit Accomplishment? Finally getting Bar Muscle Ups
Favorite CrossFit exercise/skill to do: Anytime I get to lift heavy stuff! I love Overhead Squats
Least favorite CrossFit exercise/skill to do: Screw Pull-Ups LOL
Top short term goal: Start making myself get on the rings & attempt some ring muscle ups
Top long term goal: Go to Nationals & break the Powerlifting Bench Press Record
Favorite time to work out each day: Morning, 9:15 is my sweet spot
Favorite WOD music: 80's music or anything Hannah dances to, LOL!
Favorite healthy food: Zucchini
Favorite cheat food: Chocolate donuts from Riverside Bakery
If you could have any super power what would it be? X-ray vision
If you could describe CrossFit in only 3 words, what would they be? Best Thing Ever!
In 10 years where do you hope to be? At CrossFit Prevail lifting heavy stuff!
Who is/are your biggest CrossFit supporter/s? My awesome wife Kim & my CrossFit wife Tiffany. Coach Josh is also amazing, anytime I'm at a competition he never hesitates to jump in & coach!
If you were trapped on a desert island what 3 things would you bring with you assuming that water, food, & shelter were already provided for?
A squat rack, a barbell, & some weights....um....I mean my wife! LOL!

What is your favorite thing/s about CrossFit Prevail? The amazing Coaches & Members! Love the positive & encouraging atmosphere!!
If there was a 'Kalah WOD' what would it have in it? Running, Squatting, & Bench Pressing
Any tips for a newbie? Don't try to compare yourself to anyone else. Progress is slow & has to be earned. If you have a goal at the gym don't be afraid to ask people for help!
