Becki: So excited for you that you have been selected as December's Member in the Spotlight! I have watched you get stronger, healthier, & be more confident in the gym since you started and am so proud of you! I agree that your biggest & probably most exciting accomplishment is Box Jumps! That moment was so awesome watching you jump in a workout for the first time! Keep working hard everytime you come in to CrossFit & SweatFit and you will be doing unassisted pull-ups & surprising yourself on a daily basis! :)

Top short term goal: Hmmm.....I like to surprise myself!

What is your favorite thing/s about CrossFit Prevail? The positive environment & the people that go along with it. I can have a bad day & come to the gym & then leave feeling happy and feel better about myself!
If there was a 'Becki WOD' what would it have in it? Pull-Ups, Cleans, Sit-Ups, Box Jumps, & Runs!!
Any tips for a newbie? Don't ever give up on yourself! Oh & if you're sore.....KEEP GOING, it gets better!
