How long have you been CrossFitting for?  5 years....I think minus 2 - 12 week bedrest stints ;)

How many days a week do you normally CrossFit?  Not as many as I would like....3-4

Biggest CrossFit Accomplishment?  Coming back post partum & being able to squat again :)

Favorite CrossFit exercise/skill to do:  Rope Climbs

Least favorite CrossFit exercise/skill to do:  Snatch

Top Short Term Goal:  String together 10 pull-ups

Top Long Term Goal:  25 Strict Chest to Deck Push-Ups

Favorite time to work out each day:  9:15am

Favorite WOD music:  I love Country music :)

If you could have any super power what would it be?  Being invisible so that I can always make sure my kids are safe

What is your favorite thing/s about CrossFit Prevail?  I absolutely love the family focus of Prevail!  Being at other boxes I have yet to find one that is so accommodating & family centered!

If there was a 'Kendra WOD' what would it have in it?  Running, Squats, Lunges, DUBS, Rope Climbs

Any tips for a newbie?  Don't be afraid to modify/scale movements.  Just because you can't do it at that particular moment doesn't mean that you will never be able to.  After having Maks I thought I would never be able to squat or do sit-ups again.  I am back to full range movements after having to modify/scale for a long time.  Keep working towards your goals & you will accomplish them!
